STOCKHOLDER:
A Stockholder owns one share of stock which entitles the member to several
benefits including:

Stock is 50% refundable upon resignation providing membership levels are
maintained as specified in the FCCC By-laws and has been a fully paid
Stockholder for at least three years.

Entitled to vote and serve on Board of Directors.
SOCIAL (STOCKHOLDING):
A Social member has use of all club facilities, but has limited golf
privileges:

May use the golf course five times per calendar year upon payment of greens
fees.

Entitled to vote and serve on the Board of Directors.
SOCIAL (NON-STOCKHOLDING):
A Social Non-Stockholder member has use of all club facilities, but has limited
golf privileges. If the member resigns he/she loses the $500.00 joining fee. If
the member chooses to upgrade the $500.00 joining fee may be applied to another
level of membership. The following rules apply:

Has full use of the club facilities.

JUNIOR:
A Junior Member has full use of all club facilities. Must pay a $1,300.00
Joining Fee; of which, $500.00 will be held in escrow, and the other $800.00 is
held for the option to upgrade. If the Junior Member resigns and doesn’t
exercise the option to upgrade, he/she loses the $800.00. A Junior Member’s
Joining Fee may also be paid over a period of time depending on the age of the
member; the Joining Fee would total $1500.00 with $1300.00 used for upgrade. If
the member resigns, the $1300.00 must be paid in full to receive the $500.00
back. Must upgrade to a Stockholder or Non-Stockholder upon reaching age 40;
joining fees paid up to the amount of $1300.00 will be applied towards the
purchase of Stock.

MEMBER PLUS:
A Member Plus has full use of the Club facilities. The member shall pay the
Non-refundable joining fee; if the member chooses to upgrade to Stockholder the
joining fee may be applied towards the Stock. The Member Plus’ dues will be 15%
more than Stockholders but will not be responsible for assessments. A Member
Plus has no voting privileges and may not be a member of the Board of Directors
or hold an office in the Club.
SENIOR ADVANTAGE:
A Senior Advantage Membership is available to anyone 65 years of age or older
and who is single/widowed. The member has full use of the club facilities. The
member shall pay the Non-refundable joining fee. The Senior Advantage’s dues
will be 10% less than the Stockholders. A Senior Advantage member has no voting
privileges and may not be a member of the Board of Directors or hold an office
in the Club.
