FCCC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT

Payments have begun to Landscapes Unlimited for the new irrigation system. After the first payment in September of $384,750, the Capital Money Market Account balance is $513,149 at the end of the month. Information on the loan will be published at a later day once finalized. 

As I’m sure many of you have noticed, materials for the upcoming irrigation installation have been arriving and are being placed around the course.

The crew from Landscapes Unlimited are set to start installation starting on Tuesday, October 6th.

They will be starting on hole #10 and then moving to 11 & 12. We will let you know of any course closures.
