FCCC CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT

The Capital Money Market Account balance is $483,665 at the end of May 2026. The 1st Certificate of Deposit is $129,953, the 2nd CD is $92,730, and the 3rd CD is $149,859. That makes a total of $856,207 for the Capital Fund balance

A brief update on the Irrigation Project as of May 27, 2026.

1. We had 102 members pre-pay for the system, totaling $326,400.
2. The irrigation team’s preferred contractor, Landscapes Unlimited has been secured.
3. Materials such as valves and pipes have been secured to lock in prices. 
4. Installation of pumps is included in the irrigation plan.
5. The estimated start date is September 1st, and if all goes as planned, it will be completed by Christmas.
